CHAMPIONSHIP UPDATES

The 2009 awards will be presented at the BVIAA annual dinner
to be held on January 2, 2010.

BVI ROAD RUNNERS CHAMPIONSHIP

Steven Asson took the 5k and 10k crowns and remains ahead of
Adrian Dale and Zebalon McLean. Darwn Peters also took the
5k and 10k women's titles to lead by a good distance over Kay
Reddy and Sally Blackmore. Despite some strong runners in
the 2 miles series so far no-one has been consistent enough to
knock these challengers off the top spots.

road in the 5k, 10k, 2mile and half marathon races to work out
the Champions league.
